Anyway, (yeah I know) I haven’t updated in forever. I don’t plan on doing so anytime soon either. Sorry kids, but that’s what Twitter is for. (;

of Montreal was really good, pity they didn’t play Plastis Wafers

Ok anyway, I intend to do some mix CDs soon. If you’d like one, just drop me an email with your residential address and I’ll mail you one once I’m done! It’ll probably consist of tracks I’m currently digging, so I doubt I’m sticking to one genre ok overwhelming response – i’ve now got a tonne of discs to send out. hmm

Oh Well

From Mayyin’s livejournal:

“The greatest irony of love; loving the right person at the wrong time, having the wrong person when the time is right and finding out you love someone right after that person walks out of your life.

Most often we fall in love with the person we think we love but to only discover that for them, we are just for passing time while the one who truly loves us remains either a friend or a stranger.”

This is why I am not in a relationship.

Music to accompany you through late nights…
If you have the time/are bothered, listen to this mix

-
You spread your rusty fingers across the ledge
You get your grip and peer down over the edge
You watch the city move and breathe and migrate
You’re not apart of it. You’re broken now, like us

You sit down slow and watch yourself in the glass
You reach inside and tear out all your cables
Snakes of smoke are dripping from your fingers
You have no body, just a cage to hold your parts

I have no answers; I’m rambling
I was never one to solve whatever has gone wrong

You lie down on the roof and watch the sun rise
Its burning fingers rummage through your insides
And for a moment you feel like you’re alive
And then it’s gone, so you get up
